Our Returns & Exchanges Promise
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every item we curate. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of the delivery date. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process.
Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused, and unassembled condition.
- In the original packaging, with all parts, hardware, and manuals included.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number/invoice).
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following items from our curated collections are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Beds & Bed Frames: Due to their size, custom assembly nature, and hygiene considerations.
- Bunk Beds & Loft Beds: For safety and structural integrity reasons.
- Bathroom Vanities & Bathroom Furniture: As these are often installed and may involve plumbing, they are considered final sale.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: Any item marked as such at the time of purchase.

The Returns & Exchanges Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Customer Care team via email at [email protected]. Please use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our designated facility. Returns shipped without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Pack and Ship: Securely repack the item in its original packaging. Include all components and your RMA number inside the box. Ship the item using a trackable carrier service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our quality team will inspect the item. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds: Timing & Method
We strive to make the refund process as seamless as our checkout.
- Timing: After we receive and approve your return, your refund will be initiated and processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days).
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, once the return is approved, we will ship the replacement item. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly. Standard shipping rates will apply for the new shipment.
