Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Be in its original, unused, and unassembled condition.
- Be in the original packaging, with all parts, hardware, and manuals included.
- Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number/invoice).
The Returns & Exchanges Process: A Step-by-Step Guide
- Initiate Your Request:

We will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our designated facility. Returns shipped without an RMA number cannot be processed. - Pack and Ship:
Securely repack the item in its original packaging. Include all components and your RMA number inside the box. Ship the item using a trackable carrier service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. - Inspection & Processing:
Once received, our quality team will inspect the item. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds: Timing & Method

Exchanges
