2. Product & Service Description

We strive to accurately display the design, colors, and features of our products, including Aluminum Patio Furniture, Armoires & Wardrobes, Beds, and Dining Room Sets. However, slight variations in finish or appearance may occur due to monitor settings, material sourcing, or the handmade nature of some items. Product dimensions and weights are approximate. We reserve the right to update product information and correct errors without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

3.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email after payment processing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

3.2 Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You authorize us to charge the total amount, including shipping fees and any applicable taxes, to your selected payment method. Payment must be completed in full before order processing begins.

3.3 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We ship globally, excluding select remote regions and Asia. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in your destination country.

• Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping (Orders over $50 USD): Via EMS. Estimated delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays due to customs or carrier issues are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the shipment is a result of our error.

4. User Obligations & Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information for your account and orders.
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Site’s functionality.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or our systems.

• Be responsible for the safe and secure receipt of your delivery. Inspect packages upon delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier immediately.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Eligibility Window: Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all parts and manuals.
• Process: You must initiate a request via email to [email protected] and obtain an RMA number before shipping. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the return. Bank processing times may vary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Luxe Furniture Sale or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
